Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Manipal

**** Not for repeated Customers **** **** Okay for first visit **** Repeated customer means hotel Staff thinks they are doing a favor to their customers. Felt like I was in a unknown world.

Excellent restaurant and staff! Conveniently located and minutes to the beach.

Super friendly staff, Amazing service. Decent food choices. Tasty food.

We were given a lower rate for a 12 hour car service in the night. The following day the number had changes. On the first side, the rented car had wheel alignment issues. It was taken care on the following day.

The room was big and staff and cordial and helpful.

Breakfast options we average.

Very substandard buffet option. Coffee / Tea in room service was watery . When asked for hand towels , there was a shortage . I am disappointed because there was no value for the money .

Location, ambience, maintenance

Excellent location excellent staff, excellent facilities, food could have been better, but overall value for money. Certainly would recommend this place if you're in udupi.Great. Thanks.

Food could have been better specially south indian , actually the word Udupi is iconic & the known for south food actually everything starts from here.

The location.

It's bad! Phone is not working. Lights are on and off, 1 day no electricity and water without notice. Breakfast is the same everyday. Room is small. We asked for glass and cup, never given. Water is chargeable?‍♀️

Excellent Housekeeping services, friendly front desk, courteous restaurant staff, good quality food .Names to mention -- Madam Aswini, Asha,Geeta,Deepini , Subeksha,Nazmiya and Mr,. Prashant,Nitin,Vinod,Dipankar,Rajath , also to be mentioned all the chefs

Nothing to mention

The room was good, spacious. The staff on the Ground floor of the restaurant were very courteous and helpful.

In the room, the TVs were not working on any other regional channels except DD, which is a free channel. how does the person watch if they want to see other paid channels?

I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Manipal. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities you'd expect from a top-tier hotel. One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool and bar—absolutely stunning, especially during the evening! The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of South Indian and continental options, all fresh and flavorful.Special thanks to the restaurant and housekeeping teams for their attentiveness and service. They really made my stay feel comfortable and personalized.Overall, it's the best hotel experience in Manipal—perfect for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended!

Very good

The phone lines were down and the checkin staff at the reception didn’t inform us about it.

Hospitality and very courteous staff

Gym had old equipments and less spacious

Housekeeping staff, restaurant staff and front desk staff all are very efficient and the reservation team is very friendly.

I liked everything

Hospitality by the staff, they were very courteous

Gym had few old equipments and less spacious

Modern amenities. Staff very polite and helpful especially at the restaurant.

Maintenance could be better. Rain shower did not work. Door access system was problematic. Safe did not work properly.

The food was good and satisfactory.

Only issue was with the washroom where the bathing area was not up to the satisfactory level with water stagnation and leaking outside from the door. Rest all well.

The reception was extremely helpful in arranging activities and transportation. Asha made my stay great. The room was clean the bed very comfortable. Great location close to bus stand

The hotel superseded our expectations. The entire staff (Dipankar, Chandra, Gita, Asha, Tharun, and others in the restaurant) just were super amazing. The entire team made us feel like home. Just enjoyed every bit of my stay there.

The swimming pool needs maintenance. The pigeon shit is not cleaned.

Ideal location and clean

Some staff very very cold but on the other hand some staff were very friendly
